Here, you sit low to the ground (it’s traditional) and sample zinghini (spicy meat or lamb on the spit) or spriss (tender veal medallions), accompanied by abundant vegetable platters. (You can also go the all-veggie route.) There’s myess, the traditional honey wine, as well as Italian offerings. Don’t go if you’re a cutlery freak. Prices rarely break the €25 mark.
