Ristorante Pizzeria da Anna e Valerio
Family-run by a Jewish couple, this out-of-the-way trattoria serves traditional Roman Jewish food (excellent carciofi alla giudea) and is best known for their cacio e pepe (pasta with Roman-style pecorino cheese and black pepper). Tucked inside Rome’s 1960s “African” neighborhood, the restaurant shares Piazza Elio Callisto with the sedia del diavolo monument. Expect€35 per person.
