The ombrichelli al pesto umbro is made with fresh coriander leaves instead of the usual basil accompanied by delectable tomatoes and leaves of parmesan cheese. Carré d’agnello in crosta di pane al timo con crema di pomodoro was lamb perfectly roasted in a crust of bread delicately seasoned with thyme sitting on a delicate tomato cream sauce. Desserts are well prepared.
